To book our photography services, clients must contact us through the provided email address (bluestarphotography63@gmail.com) or by using the contact form on our website. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. Full payment is due at the time of the photography session or as otherwise agreed upon.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a photography session with advance notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Blue Star Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the client.
5. Copyright and Usage
Blue Star Photography retains the copyright to all images captured during a photography session. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use of images requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.
